PRODUCT PROFILE / End Effectors

Tekken D

Exact model / version: Tekken D

Agile RobotsProducts checked: Source-reported stage: Base configuration separately listed on the China website

Selected Product Technical Facts

  • Application and configuration: Electric two-finger gripper for industrial automation, research and embodied manipulation. Source-described position control, force control and force feedback; VT10-G is optional, not a standard base-configuration sensor. Replaceable fingers do not establish compatibility with arbitrary third-party fingers. China page, Supplied English page.
  • Base-configuration specifications: Dimensions including fingers 185 x 75 x 230 mm, mass 1.2 kg, maximum gripping force 80 N, payload 3 kg, stroke 80 mm, repeatability +/-0.05 mm. These values describe Tekken D in the supplied record, not an interchangeable combined configuration. Product page.
  • Communication and interfaces: Industrial RS485 / Modbus RTU. The supplied public-page record does not establish base-model supply voltage, rated current, mounting-hole drawings, register map or SDK version. Request the exact mechanical and electrical documentation. Product page.
  • Configuration boundary: The separately listed Tekken D+ VT10-G has a different mass/dimensional specification and its own sensor-interface description; those combined-configuration facts are not base-model specifications.

Company Integration & Application Notes

Source-disclosed interfaces: Diana 7 has controller Modbus-TCP/TCP/IP/RS232 and source-announced FCI support; Thor 7 Pro has controller TCP/IP/Modbus-TCP/RS232; the Tekken D base configuration uses RS485/Modbus RTU. A shared protocol name, group affiliation or placement on the same website is not evidence that two products connect directly. Diana 7, FCI announcement, Thor 7 Pro, Tekken D.

System validation still required: Confirm mechanical mounting, tool-power budget, communication roles/registers/API, version matching, real-time behavior, emergency-stop/safety circuits, actual load and acceptance tests for the delivered system. For Diana 7 Med, obtain current product authorization and intended-use/region evidence separately. IEC 60601-1 / IEC 60601-1-2 statements on a product page do not replace applicable registration or model-specific certification evidence. Diana 7 Med.

Configuration and attribution boundary: Keep Tekken D, Tekken D+ VT10-G and the independent VT10-G record separate. Group-site Agile Hand and AgileCore are not attributed as Beijing-manufactured products. Quotation, manufacturing location, contracting entity, delivery batch and after-sales responsibility require procurement documents, not inference from a website footer. Thor 20's China listing and group Coming soon status must both be considered. Tekken configurations, Independent sensor, Thor 20, Group Thor series.

Before You Evaluate or Order

  1. Confirm the Tekken D base configuration, included fingers and whether VT10-G is excluded or separately quoted.
  2. Request base-model supply voltage/current, mounting drawings and RS485/Modbus RTU register/API documentation.
  3. Validate gripping force, stroke and repeatability with the proposed fingers and objects, within agreed load conditions.
  4. Agree end-effector integration and acceptance criteria without applying the combined configuration's mass or wiring.

These points require confirmation for your intended purchase and application. Missing public information does not imply a product deficiency.
